Privacy Policy

Project KAI is a static website run by Kamran Tak. It has no user accounts and no on-site checkout, and it never asks for passwords or OTPs. This page explains the limited data involved in visiting the site, emailing us and buying a digital product.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site, and its security checks may set strictly necessary cookies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate page-view statistics. Your browser also keeps a small page-view counter and any campaign tags from the link you followed (for example utm_source) in local storage on your own device. If we enable aggregate page-view storage in our own database, it records only the page path, campaign tags and time, not your IP address or identity.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and, if you buy something, to deliver it and provide support. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Purchases

If you buy a digital product from us, such as the Freelancer Invoice Review Kit, payment is made on Razorpay's hosted checkout and processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login. Razorpay shows us the payment reference, amount and status, and the email address and phone number you enter at checkout. We deliver the product to the email address you enter at checkout. We keep only those records, plus the product version and delivery/refund records, for as long as needed to deliver the product, provide support and meet record-keeping obligations.

Sensitive information

Please do not send us invoices, bank details, tax IDs, passwords or OTP codes. We never need them, and we will never ask for a password, OTP, bank credentials or card credentials.

Contact and requests

To ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you, email . Some purchase records may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting obligations.
